This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for Study Guide Maker at studyguidemaker.net. It matches the refund section in our Terms of Service.
If something went wrong with a purchase, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Email support@studyguidemaker.net within 14 days of the charge. Include:
We aim to reply within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing settings. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current billing period. Canceling stops future renewals; it is not by itself a refund for the current period. If a charge was made in error or something went wrong with the purchase, contact us within 14 days as described above.
Credit packs and the Semester Pass do not renew. Unused credits are not automatically refunded after the stated validity period. If something went wrong with the purchase itself, contact us within 14 days.
